Orders placed by 3:00 PM for delivery within Nairobi will be delivered same day.
Orders for delivery outside Nairobi will be processed for the next day shipping.

Please note that during high seasons or sales periods or in case of emergencies, we may experience delays in processing and delivery times. We strive to minimize these delays and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Within Nairobi
Free for shop pick-up.
Same-Day Delivery: KSH 250 within Nairobi CBD.
Same-Day Delivery: KSH 350 for areas within Nairobi CBD.
Outside Nairobi
Next-Day Shipping: Delivery charges apply based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping worldwide.
Because our website cannot calculate your international shipping rate just yet, reach us via whatsapp on +254 115508877 with your order and location. We will then send you the shipping cost for you to complete the order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Elsie Glamour is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Payment Options
For orders within Nairobi, we offer payment upon delivery.
Please note: Failure to accept an order upon delivery will result in payment for delivery costs. Payment can be made via mobile money upon receipt of your order.
Lost Packages
